Everything began with an idea and the striving for independence. The origin was the idea of offering a demanding clientiele a comprehensive, uncompromisingly individual, and highly professional service from the one source. Personal services should be provided with farsightedness and precision, irrespectively of the performance specifications and incentive systems.

In 2011, Aleksandar Pesovic and Johan Züger founded Clarus Capital Group AG. The name Clarus stands for the values that the company lives in contact with customers, partners, and employees: communication, asset structures, and performance records should be clear, transparent, and linear.

By choosing the falcon as their role model, Aleksandar and Johan chose a symbol representing exactly those properties that provide the entrepreneurs with an indispensable basis for outstanding services: experience, acumen, astuteness, yet also prudence, circumspection, and elegance.

In 2012, Victor Kuonen and Giancarlo Guetg became fascinated by the idea and joined forces with the two entrepreneurs, in 2014, Pascal Eyholzer and Claudio Rossi followed. As equal partners, all six work towards common goals, cooperate closely, and yet are still able to act independently. They are united by their extraordinary willingness to provide services, and their interest in the happenings on the market.
